We have a 72-hour Cancellation Policy on weekends and a 48-hour cancellation policy on weekdays. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM (local hotel time) 72-HOURS or 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE if your arrival date is on a weekend, and 48-hours or 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE if your arrival date is on a weekday. If you cancel or modify your reservation post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. A refundable deposit is required upon check-in. By Booking Online, you have received our best rates. Online Web rates cannot be combined with any other offers (discounts) or specials. This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Phone Calls. - Changes to the name on a reservation are not permitted after the booking is completed - No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given. You must confirm late arrivals. You may be required to present a valid credit (not debit) card or cash deposit at check-in for incidentals. If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem. Any portion of your trip that has been used is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any modifications you make to your trip without our assistance. Bed types, smoking preference, and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability. Room Policies Any changes to, or cancellation of this booking are subject to a cancellation penalty. This includes a 1-night room charge plus applicable Tax Recovery Charge & Service Fees. Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a 100% charge. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. ABSOLUTELY NO-SMOKING. There is no smoking in the guest rooms. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card a minimum cleaning fee to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. NO PETS ALLOWED. Any guest who violates the pet policy will be charged a cleaning fee. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for payment and incidental charges. Any misuse or damages to the guestroom or facilities will be the sole responsibility of the registered guest. Please respect your neighbor's privacy and solitude, just as you would like it. This way, all our guests can have a relaxing visit. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Extra Person Charge $15.00 Per Person.
